"We booked the property for a Quinceañera we were attending in Cape Coral. Property was Very Very Spacious. Wish we could have take. Advantage of the pool ! But we were very pleased with everything about the property, rental process and the host. Told owner about a couple of maintenance issues and he will be taking care of those once we check-out. We were a group of 14 then had some family members add themselves but told owner he they said it was fine. Then didn’t even need to stay as they drove back that night. But Host was very accommodating and said it was ok from get go. "

"Perfect for our needs. Swimming for the younger group while fishing for the older boys. Quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Not far from grocery shopping. "

"We were a group of 10 from Minnesota who had a great time. The house was clean, well appointed and large enough for 10 of us. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces. Communication with our hosts Stephanie and Joe was easy. Joe provided a great tutorial about the pontoon boat. We took the boat out to Sanibel island for lunch and subsequent beach time. This was the highlight of the trip. My only suggestion is that Joe and Stephanie get a few more coffee cups."
